Trustees’ Week 2021

It’s Trustees’ Week (Monday 1 – Friday 5 November 2021) – a time to showcase the great work carried out by trustees on charity boards, and provide opportunities for people to get involved in trustee roles.

Take a look at the Trustees’ Week website to learn more.

We want to say ‘thank you’ to our own trustees here at Birmingham Community Matters for giving their time voluntarily to support our core team and make important decisions about our work.

They are:

Chris Bonnard (Vice Chair)
Dipali Chandra (Treasurer)
Sandra Cooper
Helga Edström OBE
Emma Macpherson.

We’re soon to launch our new website (in collaboration with Citrus Frog and made possible by National Lottery Reaching Communities England) where you’ll learn more about them all.

If you’re interested in joining our board at an exciting time in BCM’s development, please take a look at our opportunities page.

What is your trustee personality?

We like this new resource for Trustees’ Week 2021, demonstrating the importance of having a diverse board of people who bring different skills and ideas to your charity board.

Take the quiz to help you understand the skills you bring to a charity.
