Want to talk to someone about your community group, project or idea?
In response to the coronavirus crisis and the need for physical distancing, we began holding online support sessions for small community groups in Birmingham.
While we are now making a return to in-person events (see the listings on BCM’s Eventbrite page), you are still very welcome to access our support digitally.
You can work through a challenge or idea with one of our Community Matters Helpers – people who have experience of doing similar things.
We hold these sessions via face-to-face online chats (we can help you set this up if needed).
We generally arrange them on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
It goes without saying that other family members (including children and pets) are welcome to pop up – this is all informal and relaxed. You can also come back for another session when you’re ready.
“I feel refreshed. I feel energised to look at this again with fresh eyes.”
How to book an online face-to-face session
Contact us via email with a brief overview of your group, project and idea, and the questions or challenges you’d like to talk through. Include your phone number, please, so we can call you for a ‘diagnostic’ chat. We will match you with a Helper for your surgery within a couple of days, at a mutually convenient time.
